Dyson V10 Stopped Working and Lights Started Blinking Mid-Use

On 5 August 2026, my Dyson V10 vacuum suddenly stopped during use. Since that moment it has not turned on again and the lights are blinking, so it is unclear whether the problem is that it is not charging or that it is simply not working at all. Due to this malfunction I am unable to use the product. Considering the price level and the expectation of quality from Dyson, I am disappointed that this problem occurred in this way. I request that Dyson resolve this issue by providing either a product replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
