eDreams Unauthorized Charges on My Credit Card

I recently purchased an online flight ticket from eDreams, but I have yet to receive any services after three weeks. Surprisingly, they took 2544 TL from my credit card without providing any service. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company; they will drain your bank account. Notify your bank immediately, halt any payments, and request a chargeback. I demand a prompt refund of the unauthorized charge on my credit card. Dealing with eDreams' fraudulent behavior can be highly annoying. They must be held accountable for their actions and promptly reimburse me. Be wary of their deceptive practices and exercise caution when using their services. It was a lesson learned the hard way, and I hope that others will not fall victim to this scam.
