In September, I purchased a ticket through eDreams for my Rotterdam–Lisbon flight, which took place on September 11. The last four digits of my credit card are 2853. While the ticket price should have been 12,650 TL, a total of 13,400 TL was withdrawn from my account. In addition, today (September 24), I noticed another unauthorized charge of 350 TL.
I do not understand the reason for these extra charges, as I did not approve any additional service, insurance, or membership.
I tried to contact customer service regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. My PNR code is JF9ZGQ. I demand that the excess amounts withdrawn from my account be refunded to me as soon as possible.
