Grok Charged Me 79.99 CHF Without My Permission

On June 24, at around 1:18 a.m., Grok AI withdrew 79.99 CHF from my debit card connected to my Swiss PostFinance Bank account without my knowledge or approval. I did not receive any verification request, approval prompt, or notification regarding this transaction.

After noticing the transaction, I contacted Grok, but I have not received any response. I do not find it acceptable for money to be withdrawn from my account without my consent and without any verification process, and I am very disturbed by this situation.

I request that the unauthorized 79.99 CHF charge be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also request a clear written explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred.
