eDreams Charged Me Without My Permission 5 Months After My Flight Booking


About five months ago, I booked a flight through eDreams, and everything seemed fine—no pending payments, no issues. But now, out of nowhere, I discovered two unauthorized charges of ₺6 each, totaling ₺12, taken from my card without any notice or consent. This happened months after my original transaction, and it’s completely unacceptable.
Clearly, eDreams saved my card information without my approval, which is a serious breach of trust. I attempted to contact customer service to resolve this, but guess what? No one is reachable. I’ve tried calling and messaging, but there’s absolutely no support to speak with.
This sneaky practice of charging people months later needs to stop. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺12 that was unfairly withdrawn and the complete removal of my card info from your system. If eDreams can’t guarantee secure and transparent transactions, I’ll never use this service again—and I’ll make sure others know too.
