On December 21, 2024, I purchased a one-time flight ticket through eDreams. That was my only transaction with them—until I suddenly discovered that on March 19, 2025, they withdrew ₺3,988.78 from my account without any permission or prior notice. The charge appeared on my bank statement with just the label “eDreams PR”, with no ticket details or explanation.
This transaction was absolutely unauthorized and not linked to any purchase I made. I’ve been trying to contact eDreams through every possible channel, but no one is responding. It's extremely stressful to have such a large amount pulled from my account without my knowledge.
I urgently request that eDreams investigate this charge, reverse the transaction, and provide a clear explanation for how this happened. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I expect to hear from a support representative immediately.
