SuperGrok Heavy Charged Me Early Before Renewal Date
About one month ago, I purchased a SuperGrok Heavy membership. The system showed that the next payment would be charged on June 16, but at 3:35 a.m. on June 15, I received a message stating that an automatic payment had already been taken. I had planned to use the membership for one month and cancel it before June 16, but because the payment was taken early, my subscription was automatically extended for another month.
The payment was charged to my card through Ziraat for approximately $103, and I have a bank receipt/account activity screenshot showing the date and time of this transaction.
I request that my membership be canceled for this latest billing period, which was charged earlier than the date shown, and that the approximately $103 taken from my card be refunded to me.
