I Got Charged Without Permission by EDreams After Buying AJet Flight Ticket

I bought an AJet flight ticket from Trabzon to Ankara through EDreams. Everything seemed fine at first, but about 15 days after the purchase, I noticed an unauthorized charge of ₺280 was withdrawn from my bank card. I never approved this transaction, and I wasn’t notified or given any explanation about it. I immediately contacted my bank to file a dispute, but even then, EDreams has been completely unreachable.

There is no clear support channel, no customer service representative to speak with—just silence. This is deeply frustrating. I feel like I’ve been charged unfairly, and it comes across as a form of unauthorized profit-taking.

I’m requesting a full refund of the ₺280 that was taken without my consent and a clear explanation of why this happened. EDreams must resolve this issue promptly and stop unauthorized charges.
