eDreams Charged ₺349 Premium Membership Fee Without My Approval

On August 19, 2025, I discovered that ₺349 was withdrawn from my credit card (last four digits 0017) by eDreams for a so-called “Premium membership.” This charge was made without my knowledge or consent, and I had never agreed to enroll in such a service. This is the first time I have ever encountered this kind of unauthorized fee from eDreams.

I immediately reached out to eDreams customer service, but I have not received any response or assistance. Being charged for a membership I never signed up for is unacceptable and has left me both frustrated and concerned about the company’s practices.

I demand that eDreams cancel this unauthorized membership and refund the ₺349 taken from my account without delay. Customers must not be enrolled in paid plans without clear disclosure and explicit approval. I expect urgent action and a prompt resolution to this issue.
