Grok Charged Me $31 After I Canceled My Free Trial

About two months ago, I signed up for the Grok app through the App Store using the 7-day free trial option. I canceled the subscription through the App Store before the trial period ended, around the third day, and I have records that serve as proof of the cancellation.

Despite this, on June 22, 2026, a $31 authorization appeared on my Yapı Kredi Bank card with the description “grok xai +18002698161 us.” I do not accept being charged after canceling the subscription during the free trial period.

I request that this transaction made by Grok be canceled and that the $31 authorization shown on my card be refunded to my account. The email address registered to the subscription is k*******@privaterelay.appleid.com**. I want this issue to be resolved urgently and to receive a written explanation. I would also like to note that I previously contacted support by email but did not receive any response.
