Grok Support Ignored My Refund Request
I just noticed that $28 was charged to my QNB Mastercard through my account registered in the Grok mobile app, without my knowledge or approval. I had not previously purchased any package or subscription in the app, and I did not have an active recurring membership.
As soon as I saw the transaction, I submitted a detailed support request through the Grok app’s support section, but I have not received any response so far. I believe this transaction was unauthorized and incorrect because it was processed without my consent.
I request that the $28 charged to my account be refunded to my card as soon as possible. I also ask that the necessary checks be carried out to ensure that similar unauthorized transactions do not happen again.
