eDreams Still Hasn’t Refunded Me for Canceled Brussels Flight

On April 30, 2025, I received a confirmation for my flight booking through eDreams Prime (Reservation Reference: 22542981433). Unfortunately, my flight was canceled due to a strike in Brussels, as reported in the press (link to article). Since then, I’ve been trying to get a refund for the canceled ticket, but it’s been months with no result.
I’ve sent multiple emails requesting assistance, but none of my messages seem to be reaching their support team. I’ve found no effective way to contact them. How is it acceptable that a travel agency like eDreams completely disappears when it comes to refunding money for a service that was never delivered?
I demand an immediate refund of the ticket price for the canceled flight and a clear explanation of the delay. I also urge eDreams to fix their communication channels—customers deserve accountability and timely support.
