Edreams Hasn’t Refunded My Canceled Flight for a Month
I purchased a flight ticket from Rome to Izmir through Edreams two months ago. I later canceled the booking on April 26. Today is May 20, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Nearly a full month has passed, and I have received nothing.
Processing a refund should not be this difficult—especially when Edreams already deducts a service fee from the refund amount. Even after taking a cut, they still haven’t been able to return my money. There’s no contact number listed on their site, so calling customer service isn’t even an option. When I try the live chat, I just get empty promises that “they’re looking into it,” but nothing ever happens.
This will be my first and last time booking anything through Edreams. No one should have to go through this kind of hassle just to get their money back. It’s not worth saving a few extra ₺. Edreams, return my money immediately and fix your customer service system—this has gone on long enough.
