eDreams Refund Delayed for Months – Still No Money After Ticket Cancellation



I canceled a reservation on eDreams on January 17, 2024, and was told my refund would be processed. However, despite months of waiting, the money has still not been returned to my account. Every time I contact customer service, they tell me to "wait a little longer," but it's now March 3, 2025, and nothing has changed. I have reached out multiple times, but eDreams keeps delaying without giving any real answers. This is completely unacceptable! I paid around €2000 for three tickets, and they are refusing to refund my money. I demand immediate action—no more excuses! If this issue is not resolved soon, I will escalate the matter to Consumer Rights authorities. eDreams, return my money now!
