When Will eDreams Refund My Flight Cancellation
I purchased a round-trip flight ticket to the Netherlands through the eDreams app, costing ₺20,000. However, I canceled my reservation and have yet to receive my refund. Despite assurances that the refund would be processed, no updates or actions have been taken.
Adding to my frustration, I cannot find anyone to contact regarding this issue. The lack of proper communication and accountability is unacceptable for a company of this scale. I demand immediate action to resolve this problem and to have my refund processed without further delays. Please provide a clear response and timeline for resolution.
