I Report Refund Delay On E Dreams Pegasus Flight After Reservation Cancellation

On 15.06.2025, I purchased a Pegasus flight ticket through the E Dreams platform with reservation number 23349551652. The total payment was ₺4.200. However, just 5 minutes after purchase, I cancelled the ticket directly through Pegasus due to a change in my plans. Despite this, for over 15 days now, E Dreams has failed to process my refund.

I contacted Pegasus and confirmed that the cancellation was successful on their side, yet I have been unable to reach E Dreams through any of their customer service channels—no email responses, no phone support, and no live chat resolution. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially from a company operating internationally in the travel industry.

Financially, this situation has created unnecessary stress, tying up a substantial amount of my budget during my travel planning. Emotionally, I feel frustrated and misled by a service provider I trusted.

I explicitly request the immediate refund of my ₺4.200 payment and a written apology for the lack of communication and support during this process.
