eDreams Not Refunding Canceled Flight – I Demand My Money Back
My March 10, 2025, flight from Cologne to London was canceled, yet I have not received a refund. I contacted the airline, and they informed me that since the ticket was purchased through eDreams, the refund must be processed by eDreams directly. However, despite my repeated attempts to reach eDreams, I have received no response or assistance regarding my refund.
This is unacceptable. If eDreams sells flight tickets, they must also take responsibility for refunds when flights are canceled. I am requesting an immediate refund for my canceled flight, as I am entitled to my money back. eDreams must take responsibility and process my refund without further delay.
