EDreams Sold Me a Pegasus Ticket That Doesn’t Exist—Can’t Get a Refund or Support

On April 23 at 20:00, I purchased a Pegasus Airlines flight ticket from Geneva to Antalya through EDreams, using Skyscanner as the booking gateway. However, when I checked the ticket via the Pegasus app using the PNR code, it returned an error saying “not found.”
I immediately contacted Pegasus customer service, and they informed me that the issue must be resolved by the travel agency that issued the ticket—in this case, EDreams. That’s where the real problem started: there is no reachable support line, no working complaint form, and not even a proper customer service email on EDreams’ website.
I am now stuck in limbo with a nonexistent ticket, no way to fly, and no one to speak to. This is unacceptable.
EDreams, I demand a full refund immediately. I paid for a valid flight and received nothing in return. Your platform has failed to provide both the service and any form of support. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently before I escalate it through legal means.
