eDreams and Skyscanner Sold Me an Unusable Flight Ticket, No Support Provided

On November 10, 2024, I attempted to purchase a flight ticket from Istanbul to Jordan via eDreams and Skyscanner. The flight I selected was supposed to depart Istanbul on November 10 at 11:20 PM and arrive in Jordan on November 11 at 2:20 AM. However, the system issued a ticket for a flight departing Istanbul on November 10 at 5:50 AM and arriving in Jordan on November 11 at 8:30 AM—hours before I even made the purchase at around 2-3 PM.

The ticket was for a flight I could not possibly board. When I tried to manage my ticket through the eDreams mobile app, all functions were inactive, including cancellation options. There is no email address provided for support, and no one answers the phone lines.

When I contacted Pegasus to resolve the issue, they redirected me back to eDreams, leaving me with no resolution. I expect an immediate refund and proper customer support to address this frustrating experience.
