I Bought a Flight on eDreams But Never Received a Valid PNR Code
I booked a ticket through the eDreams website, but I never received a valid PNR number. I have no idea whether my flight is confirmed or not, and it’s incredibly stressful not knowing if I even have a seat. The site showed a PNR code (Cpz***) supposedly issued through Pegasus, but that code doesn’t work anywhere—it’s completely invalid.
This is unacceptable. I paid for a ticket, and I expect to receive proper confirmation. Not being able to verify my flight status is extremely frustrating, especially when travel plans are time-sensitive. eDreams has completely failed in providing a basic level of service. I demand that they either send me a valid PNR immediately or give me a full refund. No one should have to go through this kind of uncertainty after paying for a flight.
