eDreams Fake/Invalid PNR Code And Flight Ticket

I used eDreams to buy a ticket from Antalya to Amsterdam today. But when I put the PNR code into the Pegasus website to check in, it told me there was no reservation with that code. When I called Pegasus, they confirmed that they didn't have a reservation for me. If you've been in a similar situation, I'd really like your help and advice in the comments section. This is the first time I've ever had a problem like this, and I need a solution right away. It has upset me a lot and given me too much stress. We appreciate your help.

Hi, we are having a similar problem with eDreams. We have an upcoming flight to Zurich, we bought tickets from eDreams but cannot confirm our flight on the website of Pegasus. How could you solve it? Were there any problems with your flight?
