My Dyson V11 Suddenly Stopped Charging and the Screen Went Dark Without Any Warning

I’ve been using my Dyson V11 vacuum without any issues—until now. Suddenly and without any warning, the screen went completely dark and the device stopped charging. As a result, it won’t power on or function at all. There was no damage, no drop, no user error—just a complete failure out of nowhere.

Up until this point, I was really happy with the performance of the vacuum. But now I’m stuck with an expensive device that doesn’t even turn on. I need Dyson to take responsibility and provide a proper fix.

I expect a fast and fair resolution to this issue. Please help restore the function of my V11 or offer a replacement.
