I purchased the Dyson Gen5 vacuum cleaner about a week ago directly from Dyson’s official website. While using the product, the screen suddenly went black and has not turned back on since. Even when it’s plugged in to charge, the screen remains off, and I’m unable to use the device.

Although the product is still under warranty, I am deeply disappointed to experience such a problem in such a short time. I chose Dyson because I admire the brand and paid a high price for its quality and reliability, but unfortunately, it has not met my expectations.

I am requesting either a replacement or a full refund for the product. I kindly ask that this issue be addressed as soon as possible.
