Dyson V11 Cordless Vacuum Battery Issue

In mid-2021, I purchased a Dyson V11 cordless vacuum cleaner from your official website and have been using it regularly for about 10 minutes a day since then. However, this week, the battery suddenly died completely, and the vacuum no longer works. I’m quite surprised and disappointed to have experienced such an issue in such a short period despite regular and careful use. When I contacted your customer service, I was told that I could only purchase a new battery. Although my warranty has expired, I would expect a brand like Dyson, which values customer satisfaction, to offer more support in resolving this issue. I kindly request that the battery be replaced free of charge or that the inconvenience I have experienced be remedied without any additional cost.
