During the November sales, I purchased the Dyson V12 cordless vacuum directly from the Dyson seller. The promotion included a ₺3,000 discount coupon and a free stand unit with the vacuum. However, only the vacuum was delivered—the stand unit was not included.
If the stand unit was not going to be sent, why advertise such a campaign? This is misleading and unworthy of a brand like Dyson. I trusted the promotion and expected to receive everything as promised.
I am requesting that Dyson promptly send the stand unit or provide an appropriate resolution to rectify this issue. Such negligence damages the trust customers place in the brand, and I expect this matter to be resolved immediately.
