Dyson V12 Detect Slim Missing Gift Stand And Poor Support

On August 31, I purchased a Dyson V12 Detect Slim cordless vacuum directly from Dyson Türkiye’s official website (order no: 132115850). At the time of purchase, the product description clearly stated that a free stand unit was included. This information was visible on the site when I placed the order, and I even took a screenshot which I later shared with Dyson WhatsApp support.

The product was delivered to me on September 3, but the promised gift stand was missing. Since then, I have contacted Dyson support twice via WhatsApp, once in-store, and four times by phone. Each time I had to explain the situation from the beginning, and every time I was told my case would be escalated and I’d receive a response soon. Instead, the only explanation given was that I supposedly placed my order after the campaign had ended. This is simply untrue, as the campaign was still active on the site at the time of my purchase, and the store staff also confirmed that no campaign end date was visible on the page.

On top of this, I still have not received my invoice, despite making a ₺27,999 payment in 9 installments with my credit card. I also had to call customer service separately for this, yet no resolution has been provided.

I request that my missing stand unit gift be delivered immediately as advertised and that my invoice be issued without further delay. Dyson must honor its promotions and provide clear, reliable after-sales service to avoid further customer dissatisfaction.
