I purchased a Dyson V12 vacuum, which was supposed to include a stand unit as a promotional gift. However, the stand was not sent to me. When I contacted Dyson customer service, I was given an unhelpful response, telling me to reach out to Trendyol instead.
This issue remains unresolved, and I’m still waiting for the promised accessory. Unfortunately, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience with Dyson, even before I started using the product.
I request that Dyson promptly send the missing stand unit as advertised. Customers should not have to face such issues with a premium brand. I expect a resolution soon to restore my confidence in the product and the company. Thank you.
