Dyson Failed to Deliver Free Stand Promised with My V12 Cordless Vacuum Purchase

My issue has been resolved and my missing product has been delivered. Thank you.

I purchased a Dyson V12 cordless vacuum from the Hepsiburada shopping website. The seller was Dyson and the product was advertised as including a free-standing dock as a gift. However, when the product arrived, the stand was missing. It turns out this company has unfortunately caused the same issue for many other customers. When I called, I was told things like, “Oh no, since you didn’t buy directly from us, we won’t send it,” and on another call, “No, since you used a coupon, we won’t provide it,” and other excuses. I filed complaints with the Ministry of Commerce and the Consumer Arbitration Board against both Hepsiburada (as I purchased the product from them and made payment to them) and Dyson (as they are the product manufacturer and the party refusing to resolve the issue). They misled people with deceptive advertising visuals, leaving customers frustrated and dissatisfied.
