Dyson V16 Purchase Issue - Stand Gift Not Delivered Despite Campaign

On November 18, I purchased a V16 vacuum cleaner from the Dyson store with my order number 10691301716. Even though I paid the same price and bought it from the Dyson store during the campaign period, I wanted to benefit from the free standing dock promotion, but I was told that the gift could not be provided. I contacted customer service both by email and via WhatsApp, but no solution was offered and their attitude was indifferent. It is truly surprising to see such a careless approach from a well-known brand that sells such expensive products. It seems losing a customer is easier for them than sending a gift. I am genuinely disappointed; no solution was provided and no effort was made to make things right. Even though I met the campaign requirements, the gift was not delivered to me. I request that my standing dock gift be sent.

I have never seen such a careless company :) Their products and services are not worth the money at all. Everyone buys once out of curiosity and then realizes, like I did, that it's not worth it :) They don't care about customers at all. The vacuum cleaner is the same; it doesn't have features that would make it worth almost 4 times more than other brands.

There’s a very simple game going on :) They reply at such a convenient date, and then say, oh, 14 days have passed, we can’t help you :) They really run this big brand like a corner store :) I say I wrote my complaint on the date I received it, but they say, well, there’s nothing we can do about that date. It’s a shame, really a shame.
