Sugo Messaging Feature Blocked for No Reason
I started using the Sugo app by logging in with my Google account. I downloaded the app simply out of boredom, to meet new people and chat. However, a short while ago, my ability to send messages was restricted without any warning or valid reason. I now receive a notice saying “these actions are restricted.” I can still log into the app, but I cannot send messages to anyone.
This issue began about half an hour ago. I immediately contacted live support and explained the situation. They told me the problem would be fixed, but as of now, I still cannot send messages or connect with anyone. Since the main purpose of the app is to meet and chat with people, it has no value to me if I cannot send messages.
I do not believe I violated any rules, and I have not received a clear explanation for why this restriction was placed on my account. I urgently request that the messaging restriction on my account be removed as soon as possible—no later than today or tomorrow—and that I be provided with a clear and understandable explanation for this limitation.
