Sugo Suspicious Activity Ban — Request for Investigation
My account named L**** on the Sugo mobile app was banned today, February 8, with the reason stated as “due to suspicious activities and violations.” That was the only explanation shown in the notification. However, I do not believe I committed any violation. In fact, I noticed exclamation marks appearing even in small in-app text, which makes me think this may be due to a system error or an incorrect evaluation.
I was not given a clear or detailed explanation as to why my account was banned. I contacted Sugo mobile support through the app, but so far I have not received any response.
I am requesting that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that the ban be lifted if it was issued due to an error or incorrect assessment, and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation regarding this matter.
