So, I got this summary saying that my device was fixed and that the repair process was done. all they gotta do now is hand over the device to the courier and then it's mine. my vacuum cleaner is still nowhere to be found! the service says they sent it to the courier, but somehow it ended up back with them because the courier messed up. Weird, right? They said they'd send it again quickly, but I'm still waiting for a response. Every time I give them a ring, they say they'll try to fix it, but it hasn't worked out yet. Looks like they lost my favorite cleaning thingy. Man, I'm really bummed out by how this big brand is not taking responsibility for their mistakes.
