Dyson Delayed Pick-Up, Disappointing Service Experience Sparks Regret

I called Dyson customer service at 18.11. I explained the situation because my device was not performing sufficiently. They said they would send a courier company and pick up the device. They were going to come to pick up the device at 20.11, but when we arrived at 23.11, the device was still not delivered. I really didn't expect this from the Dyson brand, where I own 2 vacuum cleaners and 1 vacuum cleaner. The fact that they behave this way means that I will never buy a Dyson brand product again. I helped many people around me buy it. They suck because of the service process. This is a very difficult process.
