Dyson_ V12_ Bad Customer Service

I'm utterly disappointed with Dyson! I purchased a V12 vacuum cleaner in May, but the charger adapter malfunctioned after just 4-5 uses. Since June 12th, I've been waiting for them to send a replacement charger, but their customer service has been utterly useless. They claim the charger is out of stock and have no idea when it will be available. I've requested a return for the product and I'm still waiting for information. I deeply regret buying a Dyson vacuum. Their customer service is a complete disaster. It's like talking to a robot with zero assistance and zero support. They don't even have a basic adapter, which is a common accessory used in many vacuums. If this continues, I'll take this matter to the Consumer Court.
