Dyson V12 Vacuum Defective Charger
I recently bought a Dyson V12 vacuum, but it came with a defective charger, rendering the product useless. They assured me that a replacement charger would be provided, claiming that the item was in stock. However, weeks have passed and I have yet to receive it. I'm stuck in a never-ending cycle of excuses - one person says it's in stock, another says it's not, and no resolution is in sight. It's very annoying to have spent so much money on a vacuum that I can't even use. I've had enough and am considering taking this matter to consumer protection agencies to seek a permanent solution. In this situation, I'll go to any length to protect my rights!
Dyson, it is just a charging adapter, it shouldn't be this difficult. But if you want it, you can buy a Dyson for 20,000 TL. On top of that, they want money for a faulty charging adapter they sent. This company is unbelievable. I'm going to consumer arbitration over this.

Yes, I received a response, but I was told that I needed to wait on the phone. I wonder if I can use my vacuum cleaner years later. How can such a big company be so behind in sending a tiny charger? You will send a charger, and my grievance will be resolved. Please, enough already.
