Long Downtime, No Replacement Part for Dyson V12

I reached out to Dyson customer service on October 13, 2023, to let them know that the adaptor of our Dyson V12 model vacuum was not working properly. They were able to see the issue when I showed them. The customer service rep said, "Once we have the part, we'll give it to you for free." It's been 20 days since that happened, and the company still hasn't sent the part. When I called customer service again after 20 days, they told me once more that the part I needed was not available and they wanted to end the conversation. We bought a Dyson thinking we wouldn't have any issues, but it turns out we were wrong. We're dealing with a company that can't even provide replacement parts for expensive products they sell. We haven't been able to use the vacuum for more than 20 days. We hope our distress will be resolved quickly.

Solution center official? Don't make people laugh at you. Is calling and saying we don't have the part and don't know when it will arrive a solution? Dyson again? I will never buy it. We haven't been able to use our V12 machine for a month because the broken part couldn't be supplied. We had to buy another vacuum cleaner because you didn't do your job. I definitely do not recommend it.
