Dyson V10 Trigger Stuck and Main Body Cracked After Repair

I purchased my Dyson V10 cordless vacuum about 10 months ago from Dyson Turkey’s authorized seller on Trendyol. During the time I used the product, I constantly experienced a stuck trigger issue, and the sponge inside the vacuum head became deformed very quickly. Because of these problems, I sent the product to service under warranty about three weeks ago (Customer No: 40044214, Tracking No: 140503397).
When the device was returned, I was told it had been repaired. However, I immediately noticed cracks on the main body of the vacuum. I had to send it back to the service center again on the same day. It’s extremely disappointing that a product I paid a premium price for has developed so many issues within just 10 months — and even sustained new damage during the service process.
I called Dyson customer service to report what happened, but I was only told that the product had been repaired. My request for a replacement was denied. Since the main body of my device is now cracked, I’m requesting a full replacement to resolve my grievance and restore my trust in the brand.
