The Dyson V10 vacuum cleaner I purchased 7 months ago has been experiencing a trigger problem for the past 2 months. There's a jam. When I contacted Dyson, they instructed me to send the device for servicing, and it would take approximately 20 days. Being without a vacuum cleaner for over 20 days is inconvenient, especially for a product that is less than 1 year old, and sending it to the service center after such a short period seems unreasonable. I refrained from buying an alternative as the Dyson representative assured me that with the V10, there's no need for an auxiliary vacuum cleaner. I trusted Dyson, as my family has been using their products for years. Now, being newly married, this issue has become a hassle for me for several months. When I spoke to the customer representative, they initially mentioned sending a new one after identifying the fault via video chat. Unfortunately, I couldn't schedule a call due to work commitments. Upon calling again, I was informed that sending a new one is not possible, and the device will remain in service for 20 days. This situation is highly inconvenient for customers. I'll be without a vacuum cleaner, and my relatively new appliance will undergo maintenance. How is this fair to customers? I've noticed similar problems with all V10 models. I urgently seek support. I believe Dyson shouldn't make me a victim in this situation.
