Deposit Not Credited Despite Successful Payment

I am using Mostbet in India and on 03/06/2026 I made a deposit of ₹2000 to my Mostbet gaming account via UPI using PhonePe. The payment was successfully debited from my PhonePe account and the transaction shows a UTR number 050987599472, but the amount has still not been credited to my Mostbet account. Despite the payment being successful on PhonePe’s side, my Mostbet balance remains unchanged and I have not received the deposit. I also did not receive any clear response or resolution from support within the mentioned timeline, and the given time window for resolution has already passed. I request that my ₹2000 deposit linked to UTR 050987599472 be immediately credited to my Mostbet gaming account without any further delay. I also request that you review why this delay occurred even after the payment was successful on PhonePe.
