Umingle Account Banned After Typing M15 During Video Chat

I am writing regarding my Umingle account associated with the email address jingh***@gmail.com. Today, between approximately 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., while using Umingle on my MacBook M4, I was banned right after I typed “m15” in the app because another user told me to do so and I thought it was harmless. After this, when I tried to use the video call feature, the app displayed a message stating that I am banned, and I have been unable to use video calls at all. I have not violated any rules intentionally and was not aware that typing this would cause a ban. I kindly request that my account and the ban be reviewed, the ban be lifted if possible, and that my access to video calls be restored, as I would like to continue using Umingle normally.
