Deposit Amount Refund Request

I deposited an amount of 20,000 to my Dafabet common wallet on 25/04/2026 at around 12:33 pm via UPI, but the amount has not been added to my account balance. My Dafabet account is registered with the mobile number 9100512***. The money has been debited from my side, yet it is still not reflected in my Dafabet wallet. I have already sent all the relevant details to Dafabet customer support by Gmail, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of feedback and the missing deposit is causing me serious concern. I request that the 20,000 be refunded directly to my bank account linked to the UPI transaction as soon as possible, and that I be informed in writing once the refund is processed.
