Dyson V10 Absolute Vacuum Has Low Suction Power

Every day for the past 2.5 years, the product with a premium price and an additional 3-year warranty. yet consistently low suction power. It has been sent for servicing a total of 9 times.bI am told that the issue is due to the machine's design and it cannot be fixed or replaced, no way out they say... It is not acceptable if the product requires frequent filter changes every 3 months, as it was advertised as having unbeatable suction power. Today, the customer service was terrible again and I experienced a slap in the face, they sar, every 3 months, I'll change the filter on the vacuum as if this would solve my problem...This would solve your problem...not mine.  I feel like they're trying to shift the blame onto me, which wasn't mentioned in the ad, right?  I am left with a faulty vacuum and no resolution in sight.
