Dyson V12 Vacuum Constantly Fails, Poor Service and Unresolved Issues
Since the day I purchased the Dyson V12 cordless vacuum, it has been plagued with constant issues. The main unit has been replaced three times, all for the same recurring problem: the airflow channels get blocked, and all the dust gets sucked directly into the motor. I even purchased a replacement filter, but the vacuum triggers a filter warning after just one day of use.
When I requested a full product replacement, I was repeatedly told, “Maybe after the next issue,” and now my warranty has expired. For two years, this vacuum has had consistent problems, which I believe is a chronic flaw in the V12 model. My vacuum is currently in service for the same problem, yet I received an email saying, “No issues found; maintenance completed.” Every few months, the same issue arises, and customer service is unhelpful and even rude at times.
This is unacceptable for a premium brand like Dyson. I regret buying the V12, and I demand a resolution—either a permanent fix or a complete replacement!
