Dyson Gen5 Cordless Vacuum Failure: Unit Will Not Charge or Power On

15I purchased the Dyson Gen5 cordless upright vacuum cleaner about a month ago through the official website. After the battery ran out, I noticed that when I plugged it in to charge, it did not charge at all and would not turn on. To make sure the issue was not caused by the outlet or adapter, I tried different sockets and adapters, but the result was the same. Although my product is still under warranty, unfortunately, my issue was not resolved when I contacted Dyson customer service. My order number is #10467774545. I currently cannot use the product at all. I am requesting a replacement for my device and kindly ask that my problem be resolved as soon as possible.
