Dyson Damaged My Vacuum Pixels During Maintenance and Performance Dropped

About 10 days ago, I sent my vacuum to your maintenance department because it wasn’t working as well as it used to. Thank you, your team cleaned it well, but they damaged the pixels that can be seen electronically. When I registered it for replacement, it showed green lines on the screen. At first, I thought maybe it had been updated, but I realized what was coming. There were 3 or 4 green and red pixels. We called your colleagues, and I sent it back again. It arrived on Monday, and this evening I was asked about it. I am still waiting, and no price has been agreed upon. If the bin or head had broken, I would have complained, but this type of issue is unacceptable in an electronic product. I chose Dyson because it was supposed to be in the best condition, and I even purchased it directly from your website to be sure. Now, the performance has decreased at two speeds. I did not criticize you, I only sent it for maintenance, and this is the result. I request your urgent response.
