Dyson Airstrait Payment Error on Official Website

I attempted to purchase the Dyson Airstrait product via Dyson’s official website on November 17, 2025. During checkout I received an error message stating “bank approval not granted,” even though my bank informed me there was no issue on their end. I tried paying by credit card, but due to a system malfunction the transaction couldn’t be completed and no order number was generated.
During this period I tried reaching customer service for an hour—but I was stuck listening to “please wait” announcements and never got connected to a representative. For such a high-priced product $543 this kind of indifferent and inadequate customer service has seriously shaken my trust in the brand.
In addition, at the Kocaeli-area store I encountered uninterested and uninformed staff. Rather than the staff introducing the product, I found myself having to explain it. The attendant was both lacking product knowledge and unhelpful. During a demo with a hair-product variant I even had a bad experience with my hair being handled poorly, and I had to walk around all day with bad hair. In contrast, I previously received far better service at the Akasya branch.
Because of all this, I request that Dyson urgently improve both its online sales process and in-store service. Specifically I expect:
Easy access to a live customer representative (online and phone)
Better-trained store staff who proactively guide and assist
A proper resolution for the checkout failure I experienced
Please address my grievance promptly.
