I purchased a Dyson Airstrait on November 22, 2024, from Media Markt. Upon unboxing, I immediately noticed that the product had scratches. Since Dyson’s customer service was unavailable that evening, I reported the issue through their WhatsApp support on November 23, including photos of the defect. However, Dyson’s response was disappointing—they stated that the scratches would not affect the product's functionality.
I am frustrated that I paid ₺19,999 for what should be a premium, flawless product, yet it arrived in such a condition. Dyson’s lack of pre-sale quality checks and their unwillingness to assist, instead directing me to contact the retailer, is unacceptable. I expect Dyson to resolve this issue urgently with a replacement or proper support. Customers deserve better service for such a high price.
