I bought a Dyson Airstrait from the Akasya store as a birthday gift for my wife. Unfortunately, it broke after only four or five uses.
After contacting support, we were told that the issue could be resolved through video assistance. We called the number they provided for a video session, but the problem wasn’t fixed. We were then informed that a courier would come on a specific day to collect the product, so we took time off from work to wait — but no one showed up.

The next day, the shipping company gave us different excuses, proving how uncoordinated they were. Eventually, we sent the product ourselves on October 23. On October 29, it was returned to us as “repaired,” but the device was dirty, and the paint was partially damaged. When we turned it on, it still didn’t work.

We contacted customer service again via video call, and now they’re saying the product needs to be sent back to the service center once more. They sold us a defective product and are now making the refund or replacement process extremely difficult.

We bought this product with high expectations, and it has turned out to be a huge disappointment. What frustrates me most is that the birthday gift I bought for my wife has become such a stressful and unpleasant experience for both of us.
