On May 13, 2022, I bought a Dyson air cleaner from the Media Markt store. During the purchase, the store staff stated that the brand had given me one replacement filter and that it would be sent to me when I requested it from Dyson after the purchase. While I was in the store, I called Dyson customer service to confirm. I bought and used the product. When it came time to change the filter, I realized it had not been sent to me. On April 6, 2023, I called Dyson customer service and requested the filter that I am entitled to. However, due to a timeout, the company refused to provide free shipping. As a result, they refused to provide me with an additional product that I had paid for. They are, in my opinion, not only defective in terms of customer satisfaction, but also legally. I am a creditor. I demand that my rights be pursued through the complaint process. If that is not possible, I intend to file a complaint with the Consumer Court against both the seller (Media Markt) and the brand (Dyson).
