Unresolved Issue with Dyson V15 Vacuum

Hey there, I purchased a Dyson V15 from Media Markt in November 2021. The device stopped working in June 2023. Dyson's customer service sent a report offering to exchange or refund your purchase. But Media Markt wouldn't replace my product and said they had a different stock code, asking for the price difference instead. I reached out to Dyson, and they recommended taking the product back to Media Markt. They said they would give us the price difference. I did what they suggested and took the product back to Media Markt. Afterwards, I got a check from Dyson. The prices of the products went up by 4,000 TL on that day. I reached out to Dyson, and they said they would make an update, but it's been 20 days and I still haven't heard back from them. I've called many times, but I haven't gotten any response.
